29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) On the roof at a residence, located at 33758 Sea Farer Lane, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33543: On or about 9/23/24, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that protective safety glasses were not worn by employees while performing framing work. Five Star Drywall and Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 16211076, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/23/22, with respect to a workplace located at 33732 Astoria Cir., Wesley Chapel, Florida 33545.
