29 CFR 1926.20(f)(2):The employer did not develop hazard specific training programs to train each affected employee in the manner required by the standard relating to hazard reduction techniques and related matters. Additionally, the employer did not train employees on location of proper PPE for each affected employee. At a commercial worksite located at 803 South Missouri Ave, Marceline MO -- employees engaged in running wire from a live 480V electrical panel to a new panel were not shown where the proper PPE was located to complete the task(s) required. This exposed employees to electrical shocks and/or burns. This was documented on or about 9/24/2024.
