29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about 9/25/2024, at the jobsite located at Lot 113, Lotus Edge Manor, Palm Beach, Florida 33434, an employee working on the roof of a residential home was exposed to a fall hazard of 23.6-foot while performing stucco work on an exterior wall without being protected from falling. JYK Construction Concrete Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1620237, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/01/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 13968 Belterra, Lot 138, Port Saint Lucie, Florida 34952.
