29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1):Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) a) On or about 07/29/2025, at 2058 Vitex Lane, North Palm Beach, Florida, an employee engaged in stucco work were exposed to an approximated 7-foot fall hazard when working from a scaffold that was not fully planked. b) On or about 07/29/2025, at 2058 Vitex Lane, North Palm Beach, Florida, employees engaged in stucco work were exposed to an approximated 14-foot fall hazard when working from a scaffold that was not fully planked. JYK Construction Concrete, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1620237, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/01/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 13968 Belterra, Lot 138, Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
