Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: At Pier 7 Between Gates 19 & 20 of the Port of Mobile, 700 Alabama Street, Mobile, Alabama 36602: On or about September 23, 2024, employer exposed subcontractor?s employees to hazards by failing to ensure those employees had received adequate safety training. Among other methods, feasible means of abatement consist of ensuring all employees, managers, and other workers have received comprehensive fall protection training prior to beginning roofing work.
