Observed on or about 09/30/24.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Observed on or about 09/30/24.  c) Building 5 - Link @ W Squared, West Windsor NJ:  A company worksite employee was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 13 feet 3  inches to the ground surface, when working/walking from a supported scaffold whose walking/working surface was not supplied with mid rails. Observed on or about 09/30/24.  d) Building 5 - Link @ W Squared, West Windsor NJ:  Company worksite employees were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 14 feet 6  inches to the ground surface, when working/walking from a supported scaffold's whose walking/working surface was not supplied with top rails. Observed on or about 09/30/24.
