Observed on or about 11/20/24.  b) The Flats Building, 1 Culvert Drive, Link @ W Squared, West Windsor NJ:  Company worksite employees were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 19 feet 5 inches to the ground surface, when working/walking from a supported scaffold whose walking/working surface was not supplied with mid rails. Observed on or about 11/20/24.  c) The Flats Building, 1 Culvert Drive, Link @ W Squared, West Windsor NJ:  A company worksite employee was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 13 feet to the ground surface, when working/walking from a supported scaffold whose walking/working surface was not supplied with mid rails.
