29 CFR 1910.178(m)(4):The employer shall prohibit arms or legs from being placed between the uprights of the mast or outside the running lines of the truck. On or about September 26, 2024, at the warehouse an employee was backing up with a Crown forklift and had placed right hand between the column beam and outside cage of forklift.
