At the worksite locate at 311 West 22nd St., Kansas City MO, employees were exposed to fall hazards on a apartment complex being constructed when employees working near an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. This was documented on or about 10/2/2024.
