29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: a) Lipstick manufacturing area - On or about January 2, 2025 and at times prior thereto, employees perform electrical and mechanical work within narrow corridors next to the lipstick manufacturing machines that have doorways with openings of only 21.5" that employees are required to use to enter and exit the work area.
