29 CFR  1915.507(b)(1): The portable fire extinguishers and hose systems were not selected, installed, inspected, maintained, and tested by the employer according to NFPA 10-2002 Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers in that portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly:   (a) On or about 10/1/2024 employees at the boat repair facility of Rocky Pointe Marina were exposed to burns and smoke inhalation in that multiple fire extinguishers were not being checked on a monthly basis.  The Rocky Pointe Marina Portland LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard: 1910.157(e)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1546970, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/30/2021, with respect to a workplace located at this same location.
