29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and word, pictures and/or symbols which provide the general information regarding the hazards of the chemical: a) Automotive shop: On or about October 3, 2024, employees performing automotive work were exposed to health hazards in that the employer did not ensure that containers were equipped with labels including: 1. Tire Balancing Area, a spray bottle containing glass cleaner was not equipped with a label. 2. Work Bench, one-gallon container of windshield washing fluid was not equipped with a label.
