OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck by hazard and fall hazard while riding the loader/forks of a Bobcat as a man lift:  a) Exterior Front of Single-Family Frame Home (New Construction), located at or near 595 North 11th Street, Newark, New Jersey: On or about October 5, 2024, an employee engaged in masonry work stood on a pallet that was lifted on the forks of a Bobcat Skid Steer to access a second floor-landing; the landing was approximately 10 feet above ground level. The employee fell to the ground resulting in his death.
