29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6):  The driver shall be required to look in the direction of and keep a clear view of the path of travel.  On or about October 4, 2024, at an establishment located at W6470 Quality Drive, Greenville, Wisconsin; an employee was exposed to caught in between hazards when operating a Crown PE Mover down aisle Z26 of the freezer.  The employee had the forks trailing, was looking behind while walking backwards, and was pinned between a stationary pallet and the Crown PE Mover.
