M/V Sea Scouts, berth C58: On or about October 8, 2024, employees conducted metal inert gas (MIG) welding on the portside of the vessel where a hazard assessment was not conducted to specify the use of personal protective equipment required for this task. This condition potentially exposed employees to inhalation, auditory, and optic hazards.
