On the interior of the building there were no fall protection measures in place for stair openings, mechanical openings, and window openings had incomplete or improperly installed guardrails.  b) On or about 10/9/24 at the new Lancaster Village Center located at 20 West Main Street, Lancaster, New York; employees were framing and sheathing a 3 story building. Employees were framing exterior parapet walls on the roof with a fall height of approximately 40 feet. There were no fall protection measures in place.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
