29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: On or about October 17, 2024, outside the mud loggers living quarters, the mud loggers work trailer was not grounded while employees were conducted oil and gas activities. Mid Continent Well Logging Service, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1592975, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 14, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at Ensign Rig #108 Haley 31 Well 9H, 13.5 miles NE direction from Mentone, TX, Mentone , TX 79754.
