29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a - Front, Lower Pitched Roof, 6 Meade Drive, West Windsor NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet 7 inches, when walking and working from a residential structure's pitched roof while wearing a full body harness that was not attached to an anchor with a lanyard or other approved means. Condition noted on or about 10/17/24. Vasquez Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1741432, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 16, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at Building 2, The Roosevelt, Mount Laurel NJ. Vasquez Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1614812, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 11, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 174 Woodmont Circle, River Vale NJ.
