Condition observed on or about 01/08/25.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a- Building 3, Mount Laurel NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 24 feet 2 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working at and near the unprotected edges of a commercial structure's partially sheathed, 3rd floor balcony while not using fall protection. Condition observed on or about 01/08/25. Vasquez Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 141432, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/16/24, with respect to a workplace located at Building 2, Mount Laurel NJ.
