29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  On or about October 21, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees were using pneumatic nail guns to apply roofing shingles without eye or face protection.  ADAS Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1604024, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 08-18-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 8722 Cinnamon Creek Drive, San Antonio, TX 78240.

ADAS Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1604024, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 08-18-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 8722 Cinnamon Creek Drive, San Antonio, TX 78240.  ADAS Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA  inspection number 1436824, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03-25-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 157 Stonebridge Blvd. Edmond, OK 73013.
