29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): Employees shall be informed of the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, including the required list(s) of hazardous chemicals, and safety data sheets required by this section. On or about 10/21/2024 at the workplace located at 116884 Cardinal Str. Olathe, KS 66061, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that the employer did not provide the employees with the location and availability of written hazard communication program including the required list of hazardous chemicals including safety data sheets required by this section. The employees were working with titebond subfloor construction adhesive which is flammable as well as a skin irritant.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: At the temporary job site located at 16884 Cardinal Street in Olathe, Kansas, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards while using a pneumatic nail gun in that eye protection was not provided or utilized.
