On or about 10/21/2024 at the workplace located at 116884 Cardinal Str. Olathe, KS 66061, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that the employer did not provide the employees with the location and availability of written hazard communication program including the required list of hazardous chemicals including safety data sheets required by this section. The employees were working with titebond subfloor construction adhesive which is flammable as well as a skin irritant.
