29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) Worksite was located near the intersections of River Avenue and Cross Street, Lakewood, NJ 08701 A worker was not trained by the employer to recognize struck by hazards in work zones. The worker was standing too close to a dump truck when the truck pulled forward and ran over the worker's feet. Violation occurred on or about October 22, 2024.
