29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2): Traffic control signs or devices, including signs, signals, markings, barricades, and other devices, used for protection of construction workers, did not conform to Part 6 of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices ("MUTCD"), incorporated by reference in 29 CFR 1926.6: A) Route-18 at Arthur St, EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ 08816 - The employer did not ensure that all employees to wear high visibility vests/clothing while they were in the right of way of vehicular traffic in a construction work zone, on or about April 30, 2025. Reference: 1926.6(n)(1) - Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways, 2009 Edition, December 2009 (including Revision 1 dated May 2012 and Revision 2 dated May 2012), ("MUTCD") IBR approved for ��1926.200(g) and 1926.201(a). NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
