This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 17 feet from roof to the ground below. (b) On or about October 24, 2024, employees conducting roofing work on a 6:12 pitch roof, on the first story of a residential home were not tied off. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet from roof to the ground below. (c) On or about October 24, 2024, employee conducting roofing work on a 6:12 pitch roof, on the first story of a residential home was not using fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet from roof to the ground below.
