Mac Construction Inc. was installing roof trusses at Lot 58 Pickney Ridge in Warrenton, Missouri. The employer did not ensure employees working at the jobsite utilized fall protection systems while working at heights approximately 8 feet above the lower level. The employees were exposed to fall hazards while standing on wall top plates and walking inside unsupported trusses.
