29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: At the temporary jobsite located at 18000 W 97th Street in Lenexa Kansas, employees engaged in commercial framing activities were exposed to electrical shock and fire hazards in that the DeWalt circular saw used had a frayed cord with exposed wires.
