29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) New commercial structure located at 4680 Settingdown Road, Cumming, GA 30041, Side of building: On or about 10/29/2024, the employer exposed an employee to ejection/fall hazards of approximately 13- feet, 6-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall arrest system was not provided to employees using an aerial lift engaged in steel erecting activities.
