29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in steel erection activities on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet above a lower level was protected from fall hazards by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems:  a) At a new commercial construction site located at 4655 Hemingway Trail, Cumming, GA 30041; Roof: On or about 03/25/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet to the outside of the structure and 23 feet, 3 inches to the inside, in that an appropriate fall protection system was not used while employees performed steel erection work from the roof area.
