29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) New commercial structure located at 3770 Frances Circle, Alpharetta, GA 30004, Roof: On or about 10/29/2024, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards of approximately 21- feet, 6-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.
