29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) New commercial structure located at 3770 Frances Circle Alpharetta, GA 30004, Roofing Area: On or about 10/29/2024, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet, 9 inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall arrest system was not provided while working on an 8/12 pitched roofing system. PSG Framing LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1532768 citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on 7/28/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 9600 Franklin Ave. Franklin Park, IL.
