29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a) New commercial structure located at 3770 Francis Road, Alpharetta, GA 3004: Roof truss: On or about 07/01/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating  pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided while  installing roof truss components.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) New commercial structure, 3770 Francis Road, Alpharetta, GA 30004, Trusses: On or about July 1, 2025, an employee working at a height of approximately 37 feet, 7 inches was exposed to a fall hazard to a lower level, in that an employee was not connected to the provided personal fall arrest system while performing framing activities within the trusses.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(6)(i): A snaphook not of the locking type was engaged (i) directly to webbing, rope or wire rope; (ii) to each other (iii) to a Dee-ring to which another snaphook or other connector is attached;(iv) to a horizontal lifeline; or (v) to any object which is incompatibly shaped or dimensioned in relation to the snaphook such that unintentional disengagement could occur by the connected object being able to depress the snaphook keeper and release itself.   a) New commercial structure located at 3770 Francis Road Alpharetta, GA 30004, Trusses: On or about 07/01/2025, The employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 37 feet, 7 inches to the lower level, in that a snaphook was improperly connected directly to the lifeline, creating a risk of unintentional disengagement while the employee was engaged in framing activities within the trusses.
