On or about October 30, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns were not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to hazards associated with eye injuries.  The Luis Mendoza-Gutierrez dba Mendoza Gutierrez Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1520247, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 9, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 403 Webb St. Calumet City, IL 60409.
