29 CFR 1926.754(a): Structural stability was not maintained at all times during the erection process. a. On or about October 30, 2024, at 287 S. Tampa Ave, Orlando, FL 32805: employees were exposed to crushing hazards while connecting and assembling the roof sections of a stage, in that, the employer did not ensure the 1143 lbs. black steel frames were stable and supported to prevent the stage roof sections from collapsing while connecting aluminum purlins. b. On or about October 30, 2024, at 287 S. Tampa Ave, Orlando, FL 32805: subcontractors were exposed to crushing hazards while connecting and assembling the roof sections of a stage, in that, the employer did not ensure the 1143 lbs. black steel frames were stable and supported to prevent the stage roof sections from collapsing while connecting aluminum purlins.
