29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying objects while using a nail gun.  New residential construction located on Lot  #157 Skytop Drive, Cumming, GA 30041, Second level: On or about 11/01/2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees operating these tools at 120 PSI while engaged in framing operations.  PF Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupation safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1528140, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order date on 06/28/2021, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #106 and Lot #107 Topsail Lane Alpharetta, GA 30005.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  a) New residential construction located on Lot #157 Skytop Drive, Cumming, GA 30041, Second Level: On or about 11/01/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 25-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.  PF Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupation safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1528140, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order date on 06/28/2021, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #106 and Lot #107 Topsail Lane Alpharetta, GA 30005.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  a) New residential construction located on Lot #157 Skytop Drive, Cumming, GA 30041: On or about 11/01/2024, the employer failed to inspect all electrical extension cords used to provide power to electric tools employees were using, in that a yellow 25-ft. electrical cord was damaged and exposing the internal insulated energized wires. An inspection of these cords was not performed prior to the shift as these cords were not repaired or removed from service.

29 CFR 1926.602(d): The employer did not certify that each operator had been trained and evaluated as required by paragraph 29 CFR 1910.178(l):   a) New residential construction located on Lot 157 Skytop Drive, Cumming, GA 30041. On or about 11/01/2024, and at times prior, employees operating a forklift were exposed to a struck by hazard, in that they were not provided practical training and evaluation of their performance, prior to operating the forklift.
