29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or around 11/22/2024, at the residential construction site of Palisades Sawnee Village, Cumming, Georgia 30040, on the front side of Unit # Lot 161, the employer exposed an employee to ejection/fall hazards of over 25-ft. from the lower ground level, in that a fall arrest system was not attached to the anchor point provided in the aerial lift basket while engaged in framing activities.
