29 CFR 1926.451(a)(1): Scaffolding and its components were not capable of supporting, without failure, its own weight and at least four times the maximum intended load applied or transmitted to it. Front of science building: On or about November 4, 2024, the employer did not ensure that a side bracket in use by two masons working approximately 45 feet, 5 inches from ground level was able to support the weight of the employees without failure.
