Condition observed on or about 11/06/24.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, shall be rigged such that an employee can neither free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m), nor contact any lower level: a - Building 3 - The Roosevelt, Mount Laurel NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 40 feet to the ground surface below, when accepting trusses being flown onto the structure from a worksite crane, when walking and working from the structure's exterior wall top plates while wearing a full body harness whose connected, extended, lanyard was improperly anchored and therefore would not have stopped them from contacting a lower level. Condition observed on or about 11/06/24.
