29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  (a)Master Craft Contracting, LLC., failed to document abatement within 10 calendar days after the abatement date that each of the following cited violations had been corrected:   Citation 1, Item 2 a serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1) with an abatement date of December 11, 2024.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATIONS OF THE CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  (a) On or about November 6, 2024, at 10571 McGraw Dr., Oak Creek, WI 53154, employees installing a roof on an existing residential home with an approximately 4:12 pitch roof were not using fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet 9 inches from the roof eve to the ground below on the left (East) side of the home.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  (a) On or about November 6, 2024, at 10571 McGraw Dr., Oak Creek, WI 53154, the employer did not ensure that employees conducting roofing operations exposed to fall hazards had been trained to recognize and minimize the fall hazards associated with their work.
