29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(7): Additional exposure monitoring was not conducted when there was a change in production, process, control or personnel, or any other reason to suspect a change that may have resulted in new or additional exposure to lead: a) Lead bath area: Exposure monitoring indicated that an employee was overexposed to the permissible exposure limit for lead, and the employer did not repeat the monitoring quarterly thereafter, on or about November 11, 2024. ABATED DURING INSPECTION NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED ABATEMENT NOTE: When employees are exposed to lead above the permissible exposure limit, the employer shall repeat monitoring quarterly. The employer shall continue monitoring at the required frequency until at least two consecutive measurements, taken at least 7 days apart, are below the PEL but at or above the action level at which time the employer shall repeat monitoring for that employee at the frequency specified in paragraph (d)(6)(ii), except as otherwise provided in paragraph (d)(7) of this section.

29 CFR 1910.1025(j)(2)(i)(B): The employer discontinued or decreased the biological monitoring in the form of blood sampling and analysis for lead and zinc protoporphyrin levels, to employees whose last blood sample indicated a blood lead level at or above 40 micrograms per 100 grams of whole blood prior to having two consecutive blood samples and analyses that indicated a blood lead level below 40 micrograms per 100 grams of whole blood: a) Lead bath area: An employee's blood lead level was at or above 40 micrograms per 100 grams of whole blood, and the employer decreased the frequency of the employee's required biological monitoring from every two months prior to the employee having two consecutive blood lead levels below 40 micrograms per 100 grams of whole blood, on or about December 28, 2024. ABATED DURING INSPECTION NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED ABATEMENT NOTE: For each employee with a blood lead at or above 40 �g/100 g of whole blood but less than 60 �g/100 g of whole blood, the frequency of biological monitoring shall continue at least every two months until two consecutive blood samples and analyses indicate a blood lead level below 40 �g/100 g of whole blood.
