1910.219(d)(1) Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o). a. On or about 11/05/2024, at 5521 Division Drive, Fort Myers Florida 33905, employees were exposed to amputation hazards in that an employee being trained on how to inspect a belt and pully on a high-pressure water pump was not adequately protected by guarding by distance during this inspection.
