29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about November 7, 2024, employees engaged in framing work are not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately three stories above the ground. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening is 6 feet or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches above the walking/working surface, were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system: a) On November 7, 2024, employees engaged in framing carpentry work were not protected from fall hazards while working around unguarded wall openings on the second and third floors. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
