The lower roof elevation was a 4/12 rise and the upper roof elevation was a 10/12 rise.   Violation was observed on or about November 7, 2024.  All County Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560898 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 6, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 67 Metro Drive, Monroe Township, NJ 08831 .  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
