This condition exposed employees to fall Hazards ranging from approx. 8 to 20 feet. Hazards observed on or about October 31, 2024. The A&Z HOME IMPROVEMENT LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1718671, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 5, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 4025 Woodbridge Ave Edison NJ 08837.
