29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  At a jobsite located at 27615 E 128th Court, Lee's Summit, MO 64086 employees were exposed to flying particle hazards while conducting framing activities. Employees were observed using pneumatic nail guns without having any eye or face protection while conducting various residential framing work.

29 CFR  1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification:  At a jobsite located at 27615 E 128th Court, Lee's Summit, MO 64086 employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while conducting residential framing activities. Employees were using multiple extension cords plugged into one another to power a DeWalt battery charging station.

29 CFR  1926.404(b)(1)(iii)(C):The employer did not ensure that each cord set, attachment cap, plug and receptacle of cord sets, and any equipment connected by cord and plug, except cord sets and receptacles which are fixed and not exposed to damage, were visually inspected before each day's use for external defects, such as deformed or missing pins or insulation damage, and for indications of possible internal damage.  At a jobsite located at 27615 E 128th Court, Lee's Summit, MO 64086 employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while conducting residential framing activities. Employees were using extension cords with damaged insulation to power a DeWalt battery charging station.

Employees were observed working at heights greater than 6 feet  to the next lower level without having any form of fall protection while conducting various residential framing work.
