29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): At a jobsite located at 27615 E 128th Court, Lee's Summit, MO 64086: Employees were engaged in framing activities and were exposed to to injury/illness from dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals. The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure that employees were aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work. Hazardous chemicals used at the site included but were not limited to gasoline and adhesives.

The employer has not provided any training to employees of the hazards of the jobsite while working with adhesives and other chemicals.
