29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(22): Employees  using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall:  (a) Roof, Lot #109, 4014 Over Burden Drive, Mount Olive, AL: On or about November 13, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employees used a ladder while carrying bundles of multiple shingles to the 6/12 pitch roof eave at heights 6 feet and greater to the ground below while employees were engaged in roof shingle installation activities.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  (a) Roof, Lot #109, 4014 Over Burden Drive, Mount Olive, AL: On or about November 13, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that the employees were wearing safety glasses while operating  pneumatic nail guns on a 6/12 pitch roof at heights 6 feet and greater to the ground below while employees were engaged in roof shingle installation activities.  Ismael Delgado Rangel was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1666701, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 85 Sussex Road, Margaret, AL 35112.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) Roof, Lot #109, 4014 Over Burden Drive, Mount Olive, AL: On or about November 13, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that the employees were wearing fall protection or installed guard rails around the perimeter while employees were performing roof shingle installation activities at heights of approximately 8 feet, 5 inches to the ground below on a 6/12 pitch roof.  Ismael Delgado Rangel was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1666701, citation number 1, item number 2(a), and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 85 Sussex Road, Margaret, AL 35112.

Ismael Delgado Rangel was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.1060(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1666701, citation number 1 , item number 3(b), and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 85 Sussex Road, Margaret, AL 35112.
