On top of a structure located at 66 Erlking Court, LOT 236, Saint Johns, FL: On or about November 13, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that an employee was not wearing safety glasses while using a pneumatic nail gun.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:   a. Positioned in the front of a residential structure located at 66 Erlking Court, Saint Johns, FL: On or about November 13, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that a 16-foot Gorilla Little Giant ladder was used to access the top of the structure and did not extend three feet above the eave as required.
