1910.212(a)(3)(iii)  Special hand tools for placing and removing material shall be such as to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone. Such tools shall not be in lieu of other guarding required by this section, but can only be used to supplement protection provided.   (a) Primary Room #1, Line #1 - On or about November 5, 2024, employees were not provided special hand tools to supplement the existing machine guarding and allow for the safe removal of food debris from the product wrapper elevator while it was actuating on the C&K Machine Company Inc. DW_2_SS Sandwich Wrapper Machine, Serial no. MM_166_2.   Abatement documentation is not required of this item.
