29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): Panel Shop - Grizzly G0531B bandsaw. On or about November 11, 2024 an employee suffered the partial amputation of two fingers while cutting a "corner key" out of aluminum flat stock. The guard was raised to expose approximately 3 inches of saw blade at the time of the incident.
