Each radiation area was not conspicuously posted with a sign or signs bearing the radiation caution symbol described in subparagraph (1) of this paragraph and the words: CAUTION RADIATION AREA (a) On November 13, 2024, at 3101 Valley Street in Minot, North Dakota, employees were working at a site where a container of TENORM materials was stored in a makeshift storage bin.
